Conformément au SOR/2024-63, 24 allergènes de parfum doivent figurer dans la liste des ingrédients au-dessus de 0,001 % pour les produits de type « leave-on » et de 0,01 % pour les produits de type « rinse-off » à compter du 12 avril 2026, avec une extension à 81 allergènes pour les nouveaux produits à partir du 1er août 2026 et pour l'ensemble des produits à partir du 1er août 2028, avec une période de promotion de la conformité jusqu'au 11 avril 2027.
